Mach 5? Speed Racer car? Or just a Elvis tribute build?

GO, GO, GO! Viva Las Vegas is a basic Elvis film, but the last 15 minutes launched a copycat race driver after the artist saw the Vegas movie, and was inspired to draw SPEED RACER! Along with an Elvis looking driver, the car was styalized into something mostly new, a car he called the Mach 5!
